Please read instructions below before submitting a request for an appointment.

1. FILL OUT THE APPOINTMENT REQUEST FORM
Click the button below and fill out the form (a Google account is required). You will receive an email reply within a week.
2. SEND YOUR DEPOSIT
If your appointment request is accepted, you will receive an email with instructions on how to make your deposit. Once that's done, reply to the email with a screenshot of the deposit.
3. GET A TIME AND DATE
Once I receive the screenshot of your deposit, I will reply to you with a date and time for your appointment. Now all you have to do is wait!
4. IT'S TATTOO TIME
Stay calm, the time has come. We'll go over the tattoo design when you arrive, and you can let me know if there are minor changes or additions you would like me to make to the design.
THE BOOKING PROCESS
1. IS YOUR TOUCH-UP FREE?
Each tattoo comes with one free touch-up within a year of getting it, unless it is on an area of the body prone to quick fading.*
2. REQUEST A TOUCH-UP
Click the button below and fill out the touch-up request form. You will receive an email reply within a week. When submitting your unavailability, remember that my books aren't open past 2023.**
3. GET A TIME AND DATE
I will reply to your touch-up request by email with a date and time for your appointment, and (if the touch-up isn't free) the cost for your touch-up.
4. IT'S TOUCH-UP TIME
The time has come! Touch-ups generally don't take longer than half an hour to complete, but it's important to still prepare for the appointment like you would for a new tattoo appointment.
